Irreversible Fate

In our scene we were tired to show how did FR tiring to control the fate which may lead to the death of both Romeo and Juliet. In this scene FR is a strong character who tried to help both Romeo and Juliet by giving them advice which let sending Romeo away and let him wait for the message. Or let Juliet agree to married to Paris and drink the dug which let her fake death and wait for he and Romeo to wake her up. FR give them advice when Romeo been banished or Juliet can not disagree with her father’s order which is the most hopeless time in the whole play. FR tired every thing he could do to help those two young person as a old man and a god father. So for made that point clear we change a lot of lines which make FR’s advise seem like he was order them to do in that way and this was the only chance that Romeo and Juliet had so they have to listen to FR. FR is a wisdom man who was both devout and study science, so he helped Romeo by philosophy which finally let him claim down and wait for the message and helped Juliet by science which let her drink the potion which may fake her death for a while.

We did made the point which FR tried to control the fate clear. He use this control to do what he think is good and he also use his wisdom order both young man to do what they should do. But we made a lot of mistake in stage and the script. Although we lost a member unexpectedly but we still find a good actor to play Juliet. So she did not have the script and I also forgot to give mine to FR so that make FR forgot his line when we act. And also because that ancient language we had a hard time to remember and run though so we did not had enough emotions in the scene, I did not show how Romeo feel sad and hopeless when he find out that he was banished form the city. Another problem was we did not stage the scene very good. Most of time we were in the same level of stage but I felt like FR should always up stage then both Romeo and Juliet which will shows how he tried to control the Fate.

Most of line we added or delete was show how FR control the Fate. We delete the lines which like “Now I see mad man has no ears.” that show FR failed to convince Romeo or Romeo’s line “Unless Philosophy can make a Juliet”. We used the ancient time’s costumes and those costumes did make the whole scene better which show the time pried we were in. I feel I am better to control the negative emotion then before although I did not show much in the scene and I feel like I understand the stage better then before.
